Although there are rare govt sector openings in this fields but keep your eyes open, especially for the DPR (Directorate of PR) of the States since they needs creative people to get public service campaigns running. After MCA you can go for long term courses such as-
Master of Business Administration
Master of Science
Master of Technology
PhD
Another option available is the certificate courses in domains such as-
Software Testing
Hardware
Networking
Database
Short term courses like ASP.Net, J2EE, Data warehousing, and PHP can be added as an advantage during the course of their career.
Organizations like NIIT, DOEACC etc provide some job oriented courses.

2. You may opt for CA if you have inclination for areas such as taxation, accounting, costing or auditing etc.
