Preferably go for a B.B.A (Hospitality) or B.B.A (Hotel Management), + P.G. Diploma in Tourism. This will be a strong qualification tag for undoubtful success in career in Airline, hospitality.
But if the Fashion is more important then take up courses related ot fashion designing preferably from NIFT.
Any degree or diploma course you undergo should be AICTE or NCVT approved. This approval assures good quality of faculty, training facility and placement.

M.B.A is open to graduates of all streams like B.Sc, B.A, MBBS, BDS, B.E . First concentrate on short term goal, like in graduation what stream you will choose. Accordingly choose stream for Higher Secondary depending upon you interest and aptitude.
Believe me all subjects are good and important. Any subject can be good for you to choose provided the subject should be really interesting for you and you have the aptitude for the same.
