You can do integrated four year course in B.A + B.Ed from NCERT.
Or you can B.A or B.Sc in any subject , later join a school as PRT (pay roll teacher) after 2yrs experience you can do B.Ed from IGNOU.
You can do M.A (any subject) + B.Ed to become well established teacher and acceptable in any school of any board like CBSE, CISCE, IGCSE.
Teaching is an elite career, salary as per VI-pay commission and regulations as per Education Board is of the scale 9300-34800 + Grade pay 4500 + HRA + other benefits like
