Hi. Doing MBA from iem is good if you are not placed yet. But leaving an in hand job is not a good practice. In my opinion you should pursue the MBA in distance learning mode. So that you will not lose your job as well. Placement of iem MBA is good, but you will get same kind job again in campusing. Best of luck.

For lateral entry there is no entrance exam. You can apply for admission and according to your percentile in Diploma you will get admission there.

Firstly congratulations on completing MA.
Now for UGC NET exam, I would suggest you apply as soon as possible because last date of UGC NET 2019 application form filing is 30th March 2019. NTA will be conducting this exam in June 2019 and dates are from 20 June to 28 June as exam will be in computer based mode. You can apply at official website.
