You need to appear in the lateral entry entrance exam. After clearing this exam you will be able to get admission in your favorite college as per your results. You will get admission in second year directly since you have already done Diploma in e&c.

You can definitely apply for diploma in law and labour welfare as a distance learning program. You need to apply it via college website. Complete the registration and upload all the documents required. You need to only write the exams conducted by the college.

You can go for colleges outside your city also in your graduation. If you are getting the opportunity, then don't miss it, if it is one of the best institutes of India. It doesn't matter you go for graduation or post-graduation. It would be a good exposure for you until you use your opportunity wisely and stay focused on your goal to do MBA. Good luck.

Yes, it is a good option since engineering students would relate to it easily. NITIE and IIT-Mumbai are great colleges for pursuing MBA in operations.
