Hello A Patel, Environmental engineering is definitely worth pursuing particularly in today's environment. All around us we are seeing a great awareness in people having forced to take care of the experiment. It is now understood that if we don't look after our environment the humankind will suffer enormous damages. Studying in Canada of course is much beneficial since the instruction is in English language However I will like to advise that admissions abroad are not based purely on the marks obtained in qualifying examination but there are plenty of things which decide the fate of a student. In view of this I will strongly recommend you to approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to Canada for their post graduation since they will be knowing all these things and help you in overcoming them and securing admission for you. It depends on the college. You can ask seniors and check for placement records of last year of the college.
But There is enormous scope for thermal engineering. Any system which deals with temperature, needs a thermal engineer. As far as job is concerned, companies which manufacture heat exchangers, A.C.s, Refrigerator etc needs thermal engineers for designing such stuffs. You may also work in thermal power plants, hydro-electric power plant etc. Here you can work for designing the plant layout with your team or also go for monitoring and maintenance. If you want to do research, then sky is the limit. Hot research fields in thermal are: micro and mini hydel plants, cooling systems of nuclear power plant, alternate fuel for I C engines, Compact heat exchangers, cryogenics, thermal analysis of various systems, etc. There is a huge list. You just need to choose what you want to do.

For being an entrepreneur you have to be an all-rounder in the field of marketing, HR, finance, operations, etc. As you are to establish your own business so you need to be more productive and should have all the domain knowledge which would be required to execute your business idea into reality. You must be able to market your product, able to prepare account; balance sheet and effective manage of your Human resources. So it has been ruled out that BBA finance is over BBA marketing as if there would be no market then how would you be able to create funds and prepare account. So both are crucial but you can choose marketing as it would be including some of the basics of accounts and finance as well before coming to core marketing. So, you need to be full of knowledge of every domain to become entrepreneur.
