Hi Amit,
Although, all the institutes are at the same level, but few of the things which you should keep in mind while choosing any Institute are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty(their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute.

The Admission in IIF Delhi is on the basis of Management Entrance Examination (MAT/CAT/XAT etc.) and personal Interview. However, to get information about the direct entry I would suggest you to contact the institute directly as not every institute publish about their Management quota or direct entry details.

I think your qualification is enough for your field atleast rather you do any course you will try to shortlisting companies of your field and push your CV to them as freshers or trainee recruitment that is more feasible for you with hands of experiences rather doing such course. One thing apart of advice that is don't confused whatever you decide do that promptly.
