Hello,
This is a typical dilemma that people face after B.Tech. If you enjoy your work, solving engineering problems and want to explore the "technical" side of things then you should go for M.Tech. However, if you would like to get involved on the finance or marketing side of your work area then MBA could be possible career choice for you.
Good Luck!

Hi,
MBA in agribusiness is a good course to pursue as it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities. After completing this course you may work in various positions such as:
Plantation managers.
Estate managers with tea/coffee/rubber estates.
Commodity traders.
Commodity buyers, etc.
However I would suggest that you should work for 1-2 years and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in and accordingly you can opt for the best courses such as MBA-IT or MBA Agribusiness as per your interest and liking.

Last year of your course is good to start mba entrance preparation, normally maximum time given by institutes for mba preparation is 15 months as course structure is not too big so take admission accordingly. Best coaching institutes are TIME, IMS and career launcher.
