Hello Anshooman, To be eligible for MBA , you need to primarily hold a Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent degree awarded by any University incorporated in the act of Central legislature and or Recognized by the ministry of HRD. you can take admission in IIMs , XLRI or FMS Without Work Experience . Work Experience is not Compulsory or mandatory But they prefers the Students those have work experience. as a freshers if you Able to score more than 95 Percentile in CAT and a good academic Performance form class 10th to graduation than there would be good chances of getting IIMs or XLRI or FMS.

Hello Anshooman, Yes you can definitely take admission in IIM'S or FMS without work -Ex but you will require to have the cut off percentile to meet their requirement which is around +95% . If you have a gap after you graduation work-ex is highly recommended unless you persuade or convince the invigilator.Cheers and God Bless!!!
