Being a Commerce graduate, you can start with C++ in order to begin the career in your desired field and to understand where you stand.

1) As per your query Animation, Mechanical and Computer Science, all the three fields are entirely different from each other.
2) As you are in plus two, for the moment you have time to concentrate on your studies and alongside understand your interest area. So, work hard and try to get good grades in your finals.
3) Every stream has tremendous scope. To choose the one for yourself, kindly opt for the one in which you feel that it matches your interest and personal attributes because if you can excel in any field you can earn money in the same field too.
Just to give you a scenario - What if you have interest in Animation field but just for the sake of money you wish to pursue Mechanical.Do you think you will be able to grow?

1. Well you have not mentioned any exam in particular like IAS or IPS or SSC, yet the examination pattern is same for all as the conducting body is one. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
2. To be eligible to sit for UPSC Exam, one needs to be:
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and
In the age limit of 21-30 years
