Hi Abhishek,
After completing your MS from France, you get two years to find appropriate jobs in France. However, nobody stops you from finding a job anywhere. The only thing is you cannot stay in that country for a job but you can most certainly visit the EU states (if you have the permit) for an Interview. Once you get a job, the employer would assist you in finding the right work permits.

There is no point giving a false hope. I would suggest start looking for admission in premier private universities like BITS, MU and Lovely Professional University etc.
Taking a drop would not be a logical step as gap year affects your career a lot.
Dont worry on the placement or Education part. If you would be good you would obviously do well. Best of Luck.

I would suggest you to complete your B.Sc as you have just 1 year ahead. After it you can take admission in B.Tech at various colleges like IIT, NIT, Lovely Professional University, VIT etc. As a lateral entry (direct admission in second year of b.tech course).
But if you are starting your second year now. I would advice to leave right away you would save 1 year of your life.
You may be eligible for a good scholarship too.
