No, there is no entrance exam. To apply for this course, you need to have a minimum of 45% marks in class 12th. An aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects. Environmental Education (ISC), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Painting, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as elective subjects.

Every Bachelor's course from DU is of 3 years and so is your BMS.

You have to clear the cut-off of Thapar University.

Delhi University doesn't provide CSE. You can search various other courses from DU and for B.Tech you can go for other colleges such as DTU, IIT JAYPEE, HBTI, etc.

Getting calls from IIMs not only depends on academic profile and CAT score but also on co-curricular profile and work profile also. IIMs try to keep diversity in the batch, so they may prefer students from non-engineering background with slightly lower academic profile but a good CAT score. According to me, you should not drop instead opt a good college that you can get according to your rank and then in that college maintain yourself in top position.

Yes, but you need to give other entrance exams, as it is a rule that you can't get admission without an entrance exam score. Try giving other entrance exams like CMAT MAT MH-CET etc. BIMM Pune accepts all these scores along with academics and you also need to perform well in GD PI.
