2. Yes B.COM would be a great option along with CA as it will help you understand the concepts of Accounting.
You can prepare by going for tuitions or coaching. Another option is to practice with mock question papers. These will be available from all leading book stores. By doing this, you will get a clear idea about the exam syllabus and pattern. When appearing for the interview, you must make sure that they answer correctly.
