There is a slim chance that you may get admission on the basis of that score. In case you don't, you can of course pay INR 30-80 lakh and get a seat thru management quota for MBBS in India.
You can also opt for better options i.e. Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention).
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
For comparison of doing MBBS in USA, UK and India as compared to Russia, read the followin

Its great to hear from you that after 12th you are interested in Aeronautical Engg
And also i would like to Congrats you on successfully completion of your 12th with 80%
And for Aeronautical Engg Admission you need to be 12th from Science and also with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subject if you have taken this subjects then only you can get admission in Engg
And in Pune or in Nasik

Yes Ayush, you can give B.com final Year along with CLAT by submitting your B.Com second Year Marksheet as Result Awaited for Final Year and you'll also need not to leave B.com as if you crack CLAT-2014 you will be awarded Law enterence for 1 year admission in LLB i.e. upto year 2015 hence your B.com would be completed.
