Hi Pankaj,
Mechanical engineering is one of those fields which offers good career prospects. A degree in MS mechanical engineering will surely enhance your job profile in India as well as globally, but please remember getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and caliber of the students.
It's unfortunate that you have secured 58% only. The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. Stay focused and work hard towards goal attainment. You will certainly reap results, remember hard work always pays off. Don't underestimate your potential, you are worth a thousand sparrows. Don't let your fear demotivate you o

Chandru, I am not quite sure if you've completed any animation course or not please elaborate. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboardi

Hi Parth,
27 is too low a score to secure a seat in a government reputed college. However, you may appear for other entrance exams and secure a seat in a reputed institution.
Other engineering exams that you can appear for :
https://www.shiksha.com/engineering-exams-still-open-for-registrations-after-jee-main-2015-results-article-10548-1
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Dear Gagan,
All the institutes are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
