Yes you can take admission in dit.
As admission procedure for mba in dit university is that the aspirant must have 50% marks in 10th class,50% in class 12th, 50% in CAT/MAT/XAT/DUET.
Those who do not have any score dit gives opportunity to give duet(dit university enterance test).
So through duet you can follow the rest of the procedure and take admission.

27 is too low a score to secure a seat in a government reputed college. However, you may appear for other entrance exams and secure a seat in a reputed institution.
