Hi Shilpa,
It totally depends on your interest. Physiology has great career prospects so its great choice to do in MD (Physiology) after completing Bachelor degree in Medical field. Physiology is a combination of Biology in Physiology and study about Organ systems.In this field you have to do deep study about cells and inner structure of Body.You can also develop future in research field. After completing MD in Physiology you have large number of government jobs opportunities because government of India also taking interest in this field.

Your score is not very good but still you can go for admission based on your 12th marks.You should log in to some good college sites like amity, lovely professional univ, galgotia etc and try for admitting yourself by getting some best academic facilities in the form of scholarship, platform, exposure

Though your board score is very good but it is not well supported by JEE. It is difficult that you will get IIT.Try to get a good college based on your 12th marks because this way you are liable for a heavy scholarship, log in to some good college sites like RV, LPU, PES etc and check the academic benefits

Your 12th marks are definitely supporting you for a heavy scholarship. Your jeee score does not support you so much. NIT is not possible at your rank but score of 12th can definitely make you eligible for a scholarship. Try out some good college sites to give you the best academic schemes , check from colleges like jntu, lpu, rai etc

45 is too low a score to secure a seat in a government reputed college. However, you may appear for other entrance exams and secure a seat in a reputed institution.
