While selecting the best, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.

Salman, If you are confused about careers after 12th/ graduation, there are a few ways to approach this. If you are very good with maths and programming, opt for Computers (BTech or BCA). I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. If you are good with Drawing and Creative opt for Design (Animation, VFX, Games, Fashion). If you are good with words become a writer (content, news, fiction, ads) or director. If you are good with keeping records go for Accounts or Stats or administration. If you are good with logic go for Law. If you are good at memorizing and love nature go for medical. If you are good with people go for Management. If you are good with nothing become a politican (haha, pun intended - actually you need very good insight into future for this). Wish you the best for your career. For Security u must be having sound knowledge of LAN & Wan and for setting up of LAN and WAN u must have sound knowledge of Operating System. If u choose Linux platform for ur career then it would have been the ultimate cos most of the servers are running on Linux now a days. So better u go with RHCE and RHCSS for the Security Specialist.
Do u think that Microsoft, Cisco, Red Hat, IBM, Oracle Require any affiliation from any University? I think No. These Technology Providing companies. So when Industry requires professionals then they will ask for Certified Professionals not for the Degree or Diploma Holders. All the College purchase License from Microsoft. So If Microsoft will take an exam and make some one Certified as Microsoft Certified Professional or Engineer then This International Certification will be accepted by the Industry worldwide not ur so called specialized Degree?
I would like to suggest u that through CCNA u will be aware with WAN. Can u setup WAN without LAN? for LAN u mist have knowledge of a Server OS. For that if u choose RHCE with CCNA will give u more values. Because through RHCE U will get aware with LAN & Server Administration and through CCNA u will get aware with WAN. This will helps u in becoming as a complete Network & System Administrator. Best of Luck
