CIVIL , MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ARE EVERGREEN BRANCHES OUT OF THESE CIVIL ENGINEERING NOW DAYS HAVE VERY HIGH DEMAND DUE TO VERY HIGH BOOM OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND REAL ESTATE SECTOR AND POWER SECTOR. AND IN GOVERNMENT SECTOR CIVIL IS THE BAAP OF ALL THE BRANCHES. ELSE COMPUTER SCIENCE / IT HAVE A ALSO A GREAT DEMAND DUE RISING IT SECTOR. BUT THE COMPETITION IN SC/ IT ELECTRONICS BRANCHES ARE VERY HIGH AND THERE IS LIKE CUT THROAT COMPETITION. ELSE GO FOR BRANCH WHIM YOU HAVE INTEREST.

Almost all the colleges have maximum 5% reservation for Handicap students, However, as your percentage is not very high targeting Colleges like St. Xavier's, Mithibai etc. would be difficult but there are several other Arts colleges which you probably can opt for Colleges like Janki Devi College, Wilson College, K J Somaiya, Kishinchand Chellaram College, Hazarimal Somani College, Maharshi Dayanand College of Arts, Science & Commerce etc.
Try and apply to most of the government colleges as you may have better chances to get higher percentage of reservation chances there.
