Well on MBA side, all top universities ask for experience, but there is a huge chunk which accepts fresher applications too, espevially concentrated in singapore and Australia.
coming onto fees part, top colleges in USA charge around 60-70 lakhs, mid level ones charge 40-60 and low ones at 30-40 lakhs. in UK, its around 20 lakhs.
For MS, a lot many top colleges accept students without prior work-ex.

Hi Prashant, you can not work in Singapore while you are a student. It is illegal for students to work in Singapore on a student visa. If caught your visa can be cancelled and be deported back to India.

Very very tough. Everyone wants colleges in city. So there is higher competition in city colleges, which requires higher rank, higher cut-offs. Rank is lower side. Move to colleges which are out of city.

NYu stern's MBA program is a good comprehensive 2 year MBA program. It is one of the good universities in USA as it is among the top 20 schools in the US for MBA. You need to have a good GMAT score for the same and 2-3 yrs of work ex as well for admission to the MBA program at NYU

Hi Fahad, in addition to the links given to you by Surya, I would like to add that to enter into Oxford you need to apply through UCAS by Oct 15 of the preceding year for admission. the minimum percentage that one should have is 90% be it HArvard or Oxford.
To enter into Harvard you will also need to appear for SAT exam and score well. anything above 2200 should do the trick here.
