Hi, usually a regular course from a good institute is considered to have more value in the job market than a executive MBA. Syllabus and course structure wise both the courses are almost same. The difference between these two is interaction with others. But if someone is working and having minimum of 3-4 years of work experience then even Executive MBA has same value as regular. Because in that case one gets exposure from the work place.

Well, right now i think you should focus on learning the basics of computer science. When you join any engineering college, then you can go for courses in Java, computer hardware etc. It's too early to do any heavy supplementary course. You can do MHCIT at this stage.

IGNOU course structure is good. Besides, one opts fro correspondence for just acquiring the degree and often not the knowledge, at times due to other compulsions. But if you wish to learn and develop competency, you must join a full time course in a better college. Join regular course for knowledge and correspondence course for just the degree.
