-You must have passed 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 60% .
-You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
-You need to sit for an entrance exam such as AIIMS, AIPMT, AFMC etc.

As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding this I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various management entrance tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for various management entrance tests.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.

The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.com and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
Please remember for admission in MBA in IT program, graduates in IT/Computer Science/Computer Application; or in engineering or with IT related experience will be preferred.
