Dear Manish,
Usually admissions to most of the engineering colleges are through entrance examinations. The eligibility for the same is mentioned below.
For admission in a bachelor’s degree, the candidate must have passed the higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry. For IITs, It is mandatory to qualify in the Joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E). The duration for the course is 4 years.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Please note that without taking management entrance test it would not be possible for you to get admission in this program.
For your reference find below various national level MBA entrance tests.

Being an Arts student, he can not take admission in B.Tech automobile but on the basis of 10th he can take admission in Diploma and then can do B.Tech or can take admission in integrated Diploma-B.Tech course.
