Hi Manmohan,
If you are planning to go for a full time MBA programme through a decent University in that case you need to appear for an Entrance Examination like CAT, MAT etc. depending on the institutes/Universities you are planning to apply to. Most of the top notch Institutes accept CAT; else they have their own Institute specific Entrance Examinations.
To be eligible for these Entrance Examinations the candidate needs to be a graduate with 50% and above aggregate marks through a recognized University. For more information on top B-schools & Entrance Examinations check the links below:

Hi Devendra, merely appearing for IELTS may not help. The requirement for PG courses is 6.0 at most of the universities. you may need to appear for GRE as well to have an extra edge over the other applicants. In addition to this your UG marks will be taken into consideration a great deal. A minimum of 70% should make you eligible to apply to the University.
Also, TUM is one of the prestigious universities in Germany and is a member of TU9 Universities known best for technical courses.
students are allowed to work part time for 90 full days or 180 days in a year. Also, a graduate is allowed to stay in Germany for 1 year to look for a job.

Hi Harshal,
Although, advisable is that you should opt for a full time MBA programme through a decent B-School as it not only gives you practical exposure but also helps you in getting best of job opportunities, but if you can not go for full time then the second best option is Part time, Correspondence should always be kept as the last option as it is only for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience. For MBA IT you can consider Symbiosis. For more information on part time MBA check the link below:
