Well the difference between the two can be seen through the kind of degree that shall the be awarded from pursuing either of the course. M.ed is a teaching and education oriented degree program where as MA in Education is a Arts degree in the stream of education.
If you are looking forward to pursue a career in the field of education, then opting for M.ed is a far better career option when compared to MA in education, as M.ed offers streams of specialization to choose from but in case of the M.A. in education, it is in itself a specialized field.
Think well and the decide about your future actions.
All the best!
