As you are planning to do MBA through correspondence, there are possibilities that you will get admission in the programme even with your Diploma programme as you have good 15 years of Experience. However, Project Management would not be available with very high number of Institutes so, first you have to find the institutes providing this specialization.
As far as Kaizen is concerned I really doubt that it has recognition through any Educational body in India, so please before plunging into such an Institution varify its recognition. Few of the other things you should keep in mind are: the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and seek information about its reputation and recognition. This will give you a real picture about the institute.

Hi Gaurav,
The estimated score definitely is very low but then it does not ends there, as Mr. Raja MG has given a few good options, your son can definitely look for these or a few other courses which are more module based or creative fields like BCA, Animation and Multimedia.
Psychology too is a great career option, but for most of the institutes require a good score in the same but definitely this is a very much an eligible career option.
For anything in specific, I would suggest you to confirm the interests of your son and then can figure out the probability.
