As you have completed B.Pharma, you can now apply for MS course in this field, Universities in US has 2 admission intakes: Fall (August) intake and spring (January) intake, so you need to decide in which intake you want admission.
Find below general eligibility criteria for MS in US universities:
1. A good academic background throughout, preferably 60%.
2. Undergraduate degree in related field.
3. TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
4. GRE score of 1200-1400 plus.

As you are about to complete your graduation, there are a few ways to go about pursuing a career in Banking, one is to go for Masters/ PG programs in Finance or Banking so to get an entry in the related field.
Other than this, you can also write the Bank PO exams and secure jobs in various banking organizations.
