Although, it is little difficult to get career progression through correspondence course, but if you have good amount of work experience in your field you can opt for correspondence program. The courses you can go for could be either technology driven like SAP HR or you can go for certifications like Six Sigma or HR certification (for such certifications you may get online programs).
