It depends on your career goals. The MBA is a general degree designed to train student to enter any area of management. Most MBA programs accept students with any undergraduate degree. The MBA is in contrast to the MS degree which trains students to reach higher levels of knowledge in their specialty so that they can serve as better staff and researchers, with no intention of becoming high level managers. Also exams like GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS is required in order to take admission in MBA however if you consider MS program then university might ask for GRE otherwise TOEFL/IELTS is must.

If you have completed 2 years of your btech, then it would be next to impossible for you to take a transfer to some other university in Canada or anywhere in the world as transfers are usually made when a student has completed the first year of his studies. I would recommend looking for a transfer here in India itself.
