If you don't meet the eligibility criteria of Amity University it would be difficult to get admission. However, I would suggest you to get in touch with the University directly as some of the Universities have direct admission system as well. So if Amity will have any such facility of direct admission or Management Quota system you may get a seat

Hi Nilesh,
You cannot go for Distance learning Phd from UK as a international student you have to enrol yourself for regular program in UK since you have a 2 yrs of work exp also so in that case regular program is the best option.
