No MBA can be equivalent to Regular MBA program done through a good B-School, as it not only gives you a good practical exposure but also have a much better standing in the Job market. Its difficult to get admission with having such percentages because TUM is very particular about the marks since the aerospace program is highly in demand so they select the students on the basis of merit. Although there would be many institutes in India which offers coaching for CA or for CS but then I would suggest you to go for the boards which are the regulating bodies for the two i.e ICAI ( http://tinyurl.com/2ayf46z ) which is the governing body for all the Chartered Accountants in India and ICSI ( http://tinyurl.com/ya28lcp ) which is the regulating body for the Company secretaries in India.
