Let me answer your second query first as it will give a clear picture and help you in making a decision. No MBA can be equivalent to Regular MBA program done through a good B-School, as it not only gives you a good practical exposure but also have a much better standing in the Job market. Part time MBA is for those working professionals who already have a good amount of work expeience and just want a degree to get a designation jump in their current organisation, also it doesnt have placements in most of the cases, it has very low oral communication as there are minimum number of classes and you can not think of same kind of personality grooming which you get in Regular MBA.

Aerospace engineering holds place among the toughest and challenging fields of engineering. You must possess real potential to get into this field and emerge successful. The evolvements in the technologies linked to aviation, space and defense come under this field.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech. Aerospace Engineering:-* You must have passed 10+2 in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. Some colleges can also ask for English as compulsory subject but it is not so in all cases.* Just passing marks are not sufficient to take admission in B.Tech in Aerospace; you must secure fairly high marks.* You will also be required to pass a qualifying exam.* Admission criteria for the degree can be varying in different colleges.
B.Tech. Aerospace Course:-
The course comprises comprehensive study of manufacturing, designing and maintenance etc. It also covers numerous processes involved in the construction of aircrafts and spacecrafts etc. The study of satellites and missiles is also included.The duration of B.Tech in aerospace if four years which are divided into eight semesters. After the completion of each semester, an exam is conducted to assess the performance.

Although there would be many institutes in India which offers coaching for CA or for CS but then I would suggest you to go for the boards which are the regulating bodies for the two i.e ICAI ( http://tinyurl.com/2ayf46z ) which is the governing body for all the Chartered Accountants in India and ICSI ( http://tinyurl.com/ya28lcp ) which is the regulating body for the Company secretaries in India.
