1. Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
2. George Washington University.
In order to pursue Masters Course in US, it costs some where around 25-30 lacs including living expense, it might be even more or less depending upon the universities fee structure.
The general eligibility criteria for MS in US are:
1. Good academic background.
2. Good GRE and TOEFL score, preferably 1200-1400 plus in GRE and 90-100 plus in TOEFL.
3. Minimum 2-5 years of fulltime work experience.
