Since you are already pursuing your MS in US, it will always be advisable for you to pursue your MBA from US universities, but please remember all the good and top ranked universities in US requires minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience, good academic record throughout preferably 60%, and GMAT score of 600 plus and TOEFL score of 90 plus.
