If you pursue MBA - full time from FMS, Delhi in finance, you should be fairly certain to get Rs 15+ lakhs per annum job and maybe much higher too, depending upon your candidature.

As BCA is a 3 years degree course - after completion of your +2 in commerce with mathematics, you can pursue BCA following the marks and other eligibility criteria of the institute, you intend to get admission. Best wishes.

Most of the countries abroad have licensure exams to be taken up by doctors if they want to practice in that country.
Though you can continue PG in Russia and try for work visa. If you manage to get it you can practice there based on the license you have.
Most of the countries have exams including India. So prepare your self well. Try preparation for USMLE or PLAB for residency in USA or UK.

It depends on what kind of job you are interested into. You can easily get the job of a computer accountant into the private sector. You can get a job into the field of sales and marketing as well.
