Hi Rahul,
To do a PhD program from anywhere in India you need to first earn a Masters degree with 50% and above marks and then only you will be able to get into a PhD program of any institute and as your program is a Post Graduate Diploma program it seems difficult to get into a PhD program.

The cost for pursuing MBA depends from university to university and location to location. Different universities have different fees and different locations have different living expenses. On an average, you should keep an estimate of 50,000 to 70,000 CAD per annum.

Almost all the good Management Institutes providing part time program, would require at least 3 years of work experience, apart from this some of the Institutes may also ask for 50% aggregate marks in graduation. However, few of the good Institutes giving Part time MBA programs in Mumbai are:
