Please find below the admission requirements:
1) GRE Exam: Preferable score 700 in each section i.e. quant and verbal.
2) IELTS: Minimum 6.5 band score
3) Undergraduation percentage must be 75% and above. Incase percentage is not meeting the requirement, a conditional admission offer will be given which would be considered unconditional after certain foundation courses are completed before the program starts.
Provided your brother can fulfil the above mentioned requirements, he would have no problem it getting admission in this university.

You must get a minimum score in Maths, Physics,Chemistry and Biology with 198/200 in all these subjects. There is an entrance exam to get in IIT Roorkee here also you must get above 90%.
Remember your subjects is the same topics for your entrance exams.

Although, enhancing your education is always a good option, but, as you already have a Masters level degree in Human resource from IIT I would say you would not require any other degree for your career growth. However, if you are keen to do a Management program then you an opt for a part time MBA program from B-Schools like FMS, MDI, Fore School of Management etc. The other options which you can explore are diploma or PG Diploma courses in Psychology or Social Anthropology or can go for HR certification programs. Even Six Sigma courses will be good for your kind of profile.

It is good to see that you are really focused and have clear career goals in the early stages of your education. If you feel completely confident about your career choice and that this is not going to change in the long run you can go for BMS, but to get the best results out of your BMS you need to do a higher studies and earn an MBA from a decent Institute, as BMS would take a way too long to take you to the higher levels of Management, and that too only if you have an outstanding personality and caliber.
