You first need to decide on what are your interest areas and career aspirations. Keeping both in mind you need to decide on what you want to pursue further.
1. MBA in India from a top-ranked institute has a better weight age compared to an MBA from overseas.
2. MBA from overseas would make more sense if one intends to settle in the said country and pursue a career in that country as well.
3.MBA offers specialisation in multiple disciplines (you can pick it up based on your interest).
4. A Masters programme in arts also has a lot of potential in case it is in your area of interest & in line with your aspirations.
5. Admission in India in MBA is based on CAT (Common Admission Test).
6. Admission in MBA overseas is based on GMAT & TOFEL (or other related tests to evaluate one's English language skills).

General eligibility criterion for Air Hostess in majority of airlines is as follows: (a) 10+2 pass from a recognised board of education. Some airlines prefer graduates.(b) Age of candidate should be between 18 to 25 years (c) Min height required is 157.5 centimetres and weight should be in proportion to height(d) Good Communication skills with mastery over spoken Hindi, English. Foreign language certification will be good additional qualification.
Indian national Carriers such as Air India, Jet etc scrutinise applications and conduct written test comprising of general knowledge, mental ability and verbal ability for shortlisted candidates. This is followed by an interview and group discussion.
International airlines conduct a preliminary interview during which the measurement of height and weight of the applicants is checked and candidates then take a written test which consists of general knowledge, mental ability, language ability (including vocabulary, listening, reading, speaking test for Hindi and English). This is followed by a main interview, during which the candidate's language fluency, diction, voice, communication skill, personality and reaction to adverse situations is assessed. Candidates are expected to have good knowledge of the aviation industry.

Actually it depends on which field you are interested upon. Both are related to travelling, so two of them have a good scope.
As you have done B.Tech, so you can surely opt for Masters. Both airport jobs as well as tourism has good career opportunity.
Being a very wide field, the scope of employment in tourism sector is very bright and the potential is still largely untapped. Career opportunities exist both in the public and private sector. In the public sector, there are opportunities in the Directorates and Departments of Tourism of the center and the state as Officers, information assistants, Tourist guides etc. Another good prospectus for qualified tourism professionals are in the private sector with travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, hotels, transport and cargo companies etc.
The opening up of the skies to private airlines and their emerging tie-ups with foreign airlines has removed bottlenecks in the transport and communication network resulting in easy flow of domestic and foreign tourists in the country. Since this is a new area of employment, not many qualified and experienced people are available and the promotion prospectus are also very bright and rapid. After a few years of experience, one can also start their own business by handling all travel requirements of a client and gradually building up business, taking on additional employees.
A degree in travel and tourism management equips you to work in such locations as a travel agency, a hotel, an airport, or any other hospitality-focused locale. Degree levels differ depending on the career, but all of these jobs require a certain subset of knowledge and the ability to multitask and communicate clearly with customers. Hence both have good scope for future. You can choose either of them based on your criteria of job and interest. I have given a brief overview of both above which you can refer and decide upon.
