Hi,
Sorry to inform you, but admissions are not possible in IITs without securing a rank in JEE Advanced and JEE Mains for NITs respectively. JEE Mains and Advanced are excepted only in case for foreign nationals/NRIs which need to submit their SAT/GRE score for UG/PG course respectively. Hope this answers your questions.

Hello Akash,
These days perhaps with the exception of Tamil Nadu, all state government are having CET for admission. Hence if you are domicile of Tamil Nadu then you can take admission without exam in government college there. Else it's not possible.

At a time you cannot pursue two courses under same or different universities, according to the rules of UGC. So you have to wait for completion of your B.Ed.

Why not? IGNOU offers distance education in different courses. It has many branches all over the country. So must take admission in IGNOU to pursue B.Ed. The minimum required percentage is 50 in graduation.
