From a job perspective, Canada will give you better opportunities since they have good work permit options, USA is too tough. Canada is also affordable.In Europe it depends which country you are talking about like France has flexibility. Also, Netherland is good.

You can aim to pursue it from the top notch B-schools like the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad, various Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), XLRI Jamshedpur, FMS Delhi, S.P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, etc. You can plan your admission by checking out this list of Institutes offering Executive MBA programmes across India. You can sort them course-wise and city-wise to suit your requirement.
Most of the colleges ask for 3-4 years of experience. But do check one with the college in whcih you are interested.

In your first year, you would be studying the basics of physics, chemistry, maths and the other subjects related to your branch.
So you would not be able to prepare for GRE as the questions are highly technical and related to your branch.
It will be ideal to prepare for GRE from the second year.
