Hi Anil,
You have not mentioned your present qualification. You can look at pursuing either B.Com or BBA. Ensure that you score a minimum of 60% in your final year of graduation. After this, you have two options. The first option is to start applying for bank openings under IBPS, as in, clerical or probationary officer. The second option is to pursue your MBA \ PGDM from a reputed B School and make your career with private or foreign banks.

Hi Swami,
There is no significant difference in the basic term of ticketing or reservations. As they both imply that a place is booked for a passenger in a mode of travel by an agent(i.e. ticketing or reservation agent).
However in various organizations the two could involve different responsibilities such as:
-A ticketing agent would only;y be responsible for booking a mode of travel from one point to the other mostly an air ticket where as a reservation agent maybe responsible for making all additional reservation such as hotels, pickups, sight seeing etc in case of tour packages.

Hi Swami,
An ticket is a document, issued by an airline or a travel agency, to confirm that an individual has purchased a seat on a flight on an aircraft. This document is then used to obtain a boarding pass, at the airport. Then with the boarding pass and the attached ticket, the passenger is allowed to board the aircraft.
There are various agency that have the access to book tickets online for the various clients with the help of software hence the process of ticketing.
