If you do not have work experience, you should aim for M.Sc in management or business administration. There are business schools, which accept bright graduates with little or no work experience, but you must have a strong profile and communicate directly with the schools.

This year the system for deciding AIR has undergone changes. Marks obtained in 12th will not be counted. Marks scored only in JEE Mains are going to be considered. Secondly, there is a huge variation in ranking required to get admission in different NITs. Don't worry about that aspect now. Concentrate on studying.
