US is a very different process when it comes to admissions. they look at the overall profile of the student. like the percentage, SAT score, IELTS/Toefl, SOP, LOR, Essays and very important their extra curricular activities and social responsibilities.
Taking admission in US university is very difficult in your case as for your NIOS 12th.
Why U really want to go to US?
there are many other good options where you can apply and also will be good form job prospective.
