Eligibility
Any Graduate from a statutory university may apply for admissions to the PGDM course; students appearing for their final year exam may also apply for provisional admissions, subject to clearing all the requirements stated by the respective government authorities.
Admission Procedure
Fill the Institutes application form that is available for Rs. 1,200/- and attach testimonials
Prospectus and form will be available at respective centers on the date of the personal interview or can be downloaded from the website
Take the entrance exam and Personal Interview as per the schedule specified (Schedules will be intimated by emails/advertisements/ website/phone/letters)
An all India merit list will be declared and selected students would be sent letter/email, informing them about their selection and last date to confirm their admission
Candidates wishing to confirm their admission must do so before the last date by paying the mandatory fees, failing to do so would lead to forfeiting the claim on the seat
Wait listed students will be allotted seats incase selected students fail to claim their seats by the last date

Ramchander's question is not clear but it appears that he has done some vocational course based on which he wants admission in B.Tech. If it is so, then my reply is that admission to engineering college is not possible in this manner. A candidate has to pass 12th from CBSE, ICSE or state board with PCM subjects and must secure minimum 45% marks. Afterwards, he needs to appear state conducted Pre-engineering test or AIEEE or IIT-JEE or if it is a deemed university then their pre-engineering test. Due to large number of private engineering colleges and large number of vacant seats, in second round counseling, even on the basis of 12th, admission is possible.
There is nothing like bridge course or CET. Next year onward, AIEEE and JEE-IIT is being combined to form a common entrance test and many state government would accept these results as well.
In case of 3 year technical diploma holders and B.Sc. pass candidates, direct admission in 2nd year through lateral entry is possible for which 10% seats in each engineering college is reserved.

Nice o know your interest in the stream of Graphic design, as this is a very upcoming sectr in Delhi,these days whichever institute you visit tends to excite you with the infrastructure, placement commitments etc , but to be true if i have join any institute i would firstly check with the quality of the training and that could be checked only by meeting the faculties checking there experience, meeting the students personnelly and talking to them about the courses checking with what king of practical experience the institute is providing you with, by the end of the day whenever you would go for the interview firstly the company will check your demo reel and not the name of the institute, they will judge your knowledge and not the recognition that would come on the later stages. With this answer i am not saying that your don't have to see the recognition etc of the institute but just set your priorities and then decide.

CPT exemption is for :
Any Commerce Graduate with 55% marks or more
Non Commerce Graduate with 60% marks or more
CWA and CS inter passed students.
You can follow the procedure mentioned below-
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT).
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE).
* Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years.
* Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed.
* Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training.
* Pass both the Groups of Final examination.
* Get Final Examination Certificate.
* Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
* Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
* Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"

Both are good options however, as an engineer I.E.S is advisable. Since Indian Engineering Services entrance exam is designed for recruitment of engineers in government services.
It is conducted once every year by UPSC.
Eligibility Criteria: In age group 21-30 years on the first day of august of the year of examination.
As far as the preparation is concerned,
1.You should join a coaching class.
2. Increase your general awareness- Daily go through journals, magazines, newspapers and also refer Competition Success Review.
3. Read books of renowned publications- G.K Publishers, Arihant Publishers, etc.
