Ramchander's question is not clear but it appears that he has done some vocational course based on which he wants admission in B.Tech. If it is so, then my reply is that admission to engineering college is not possible in this manner. A candidate has to pass 12th from CBSE, ICSE or state board with PCM subjects and must secure minimum 45% marks. Afterwards, he needs to appear state conducted Pre-engineering test or AIEEE or IIT-JEE or if it is a deemed university then their pre-engineering test. Both are good options however, as an engineer I.E.S is advisable. Since Indian Engineering Services entrance exam is designed for recruitment of engineers in government services.
It is conducted once every year by UPSC.
Eligibility Criteria: In age group 21-30 years on the first day of august of the year of examination.
As far as the preparation is concerned,
1.You should join a coaching class.
2. Increase your general awareness- Daily go through journals, magazines, newspapers and also refer Competition Success Review.
