Students with 15 years of education, are required to pursue masters degree and then apply for MBA in Canada.

For the fee every institute has different fee structure and course so you have to visit the center,these days whichever institute you visit tends to excite you with the infrastructure, placement commitments etc and the name you have written in your question is a branded institutes, but to be true if i have join any institute i would firstly check with the quality of the training and that could be checked only by meeting the faculties checking there experience, meeting the students personnelly and talking to them about the courses checking with what king of practical experience the institute is providing you with, by the end of the day whenever you would go for the interview firstly the company will check your demo reel and not the name of the institute, they will judge your knowledge and not the recognition that would come on the later stages. With this answer i am not saying that your don't have to see the recognition etc of the institute but just set your priorities and then decide. Actually a middle class person can not afford abroad studies in places like USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia & Newzeeland. There are no government funding for this purpose. But I will tell you the entire system.
For post graduate study like MS, GRE and TOEFL (English proficiency test) scores are required. SAT is for undergraduate studies. Higher the GRE/TOEFL/Graduation scores, chances are more to secure part or major portion of tuition fees as scholarship from the university where the admission is sought but that can be applied for, only after the admission and first installment of fees has been paid. Tuition fees can range from $10,000 per year to $30,000 depending upon university type (private or public), university reputation and country. Living cost, insurance, books, transportation etc comes around $600-700 per month, which a student has to bear himself. Part time jobs are permitted for only 10-15 hours per week at the rate of $10-15 per hour.
