Dear Abhishek,
Its always better to opt degree then a diploma (I am not pointing diploma as inferior) the career and academic opportunity after degree is much more then that of diploma.
If I been in your place I would have opted E-MBA in interested area,
As you are having good working experience, you can go ahead with E-MBA from IGNOU.
E-MBA is better option because,
* It generally take 1 year
* It has same or more reputation than MBA
* It is specially designed for experience candidates
Hope it was of help,
In case of any doubt feel free to reply,
If you like my answer choose it as best answer,
Wish you the best,
Arun.

Yes, you can but it depends on the institution.
If you opt to teach commerce subject to management students (like Finance)
then you may be eligible but in all other cases you need to clear you NET/SET in MANAGEMENT.
For some institution it is mandatory that the assistant professor must have a pg in management (MBA)
Hope it was of help,

Actually a middle class person can not afford abroad studies in places like USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia & Newzeeland. There are no government funding for this purpose. But I will tell you the entire system.
For post graduate study like MS, GRE and TOEFL (English proficiency test) scores are required. SAT is for undergraduate studies. Higher the GRE/TOEFL/Graduation scores, chances are more to secure part or major portion of tuition fees as scholarship from the university where the admission is sought but that can be applied for, only after the admission and first installment of fees has been paid. Tuition fees can range from $1
