Well it is not possible to make any comparisons as both the courses are entirely different from one another. It entirely depends on your interests and career preferences based on which you can then opt for the course opt of the two options also your interest and hard work is the key to your success in the related field that you would opt to pursue.
Both the course options given by you offers bright career opportunities in their respective disciplines. BBA LLb is an integrated course of 5 year duration, you can also opt for the BA LLB course as the former is rare to get in most of the institutes.

As you have mentioned that you are pursuing your Engineering through a Private institute, i would suggest you to first find the colleges recognition and value because if the institute is entirely autonomous with no approval from any of the government bodies, things would get difficult in future.
But assuming that the institute is a recognized one, you can opt for various courses in future depending on your eligibility and also your interests. wanted to go in network line?
wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right?
if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA. Because knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After that u opt Oracle DBA So that u can become System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin or Database Admin as well.
The combination of RHCE+CCNA+DBA will be good. After completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
