Almost all IIMs have already released their shortlist and I believe interviews for the same would start next week. So, if you haven't received call from any of the IIMs, I don't think you will receive any call from IIMs. Also I don't think 88 percentile would get you calls from other good institutes like FMS etc. You should try again next year and you should prepare well for the same.

Yes, you can definitely apply to simsr, as long as you are in your final year now. At your percentile, you have a fair chance of getting a GDPI call. All the best!

Unfortunately, your both scores are quite low to get some good management college. I would suggest that prepare and appear again to score above 80 percentile, so that you get calls from good colleges because it is not only necessary to do MBA but also to get campus placement which only happens in good colleges.
