The MMS program that Xavier's offers is provided through the Mumbai University. The seats are allotted by the Maharashtra Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). Let me ask you, do you have work experience and did you complete your Bachelor's degree? If you check the websites of the Top 30 business schools, you will find that they require 2-3 years extensive work experience, Bachelor's degree, extra-curricular activities, GMAT score, TOEFL or IELTS and other university specific requirement.
You must check with the B-school, if they will consider your CA certificate as a UG degree.
