As you have completed your class 12th with commerce stream you should prefer further commerce courses. But if you want to fulfill your dreams then you should go for it
I think the answer would differ from people to people. But most importantly you should decide what interests you more. B.Com is like an academic degree after which you have various career options I. e for Masters. B.Com would ACT like a base in your commerce field. And yes you will have to study
Hotel management on the other hand should be pursued only when you want to build your career in Hotel lines. It would be good if your looking for being an entrepreneur and start your own hotel. It would be a good option if you have interests and skills in it. And no you won't have to study much. However in my opinion you can be a good entrepreneur in hotel lines even with a B.Com degree. Therefore in my opinion you should go for a B.Com degree. You will have various options and lines to choose after. Rest all depends on your interest and hard work to be successful. All the Best!

The eligibility criteria is varying according to Universities. The eligibility criteria of the three Universities are given below for reference please.
1. Amity University :
a) M.A. (Clinical Psychology) : Graduation with minimum 50% of marks
b) M.Sc. (Clinical Psychology) : Graduation with Psychology as a subject/B.Sc. In Clinical Psychology.
2. The LPU eligibility criteria is, Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors Degree (with Psychology) or equivalent. Or
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors Degree any discipline with Psychology as one of the subject.
3. The Chandigarh University eligibility criteria is, A recognised Bachelor Degree with Psychology as a compulsory subject in all Sem. /Year with at least 50% marks in Psychology subject (45% in case of SC/ST category) or Bachelor of Arts (Hons. ). In Psychology with 50% marks aggregate. So from above most of the Universities required graduation in psychology or subject of psychology studied at graduation level. So in my opinion you are eligible.
