Candidates can apply online for INI CET exam. The application process of INI CET comprises basic and final registration. Candidates do have to complete basic registration first to complete the final registration. Generation of Exam Unique Code (EUC) is mandatory fo complete final registration for INI CET. The basic registration includes basic candidate information and uploading images in right size and format. The final registration includes completing the application form, paying fee, choosing centres etc.

It depends a lot on the airline and the training of the particular pilot.
I give you practically 0 chance at Lufthansa since they only accept german-speaking pilots trained at their own academy.
Qatar Airways almost exclusively hires from CTC aviation in the UK, at least regarding F/O's. Things may be different if you are an experienced type-rated captain.
There sure are airlines with less strict hiring policies. Once again, it depends on your experience, academy where you took your license, and the airline you would like to apply for. Most of the big airlines nowadays only hire graduates from integrated programs of renowned schools anymo
