It's very nice to see that you are interested in puesuing degree course in engineering after completing your Diploma. Unfortunately distance mode is not the answer. These days universities are debarred from offering professional courses via distance mode. However you the option of doing your AMIE which is equivalent to degree in engineering for all practical purposes. Best wishes to you.

For a good rank in CSIR UGC NET requires determination and dedication. Follow the latest syllabus only and Make a rough plan to cover up all the chapters. Be clear at what to study or what not. The no of hours of study has to be very effective. Stay away from distractions. Use quality CSIR NET Physics Study Material always. Solve previous year question papers and mock tests. Solving question is not enough, solving them in a limited time frame is important. So work on your speed and efficiency. Stay relaxed and stay focused.
