If you plan to work in India later, you need to complete 5 years of degree and register with CoA, Council of Architecture. While with German degree you may work abroad, in India you need to fulfil this criteria.

After clearing GATE with better total, you may go for M.Tech from IIT. You can go for MBA from top B-School by cracking CAT.
But, if you are interested for some short course after B.Tech, you can go for the following-

Charges vary according to where you stay, school provided accommodation or student apartment outside the campus. Range can be 200 Cdn to 800 Cdn per month. Apartments are expensive, around 1500 Cdn per month. Detailed information can be found on an university website.
